Terms and condition

Order Acceptance and Cancellation: All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and may be cancelled or modified by the customer only with the company’s prior written consent.

 

  • Payment Terms: 10% deposit required with confirmation of this quotation, 40% progress payment is required on site measurement, and remaining balance (50%) is required on the completion of installation. Additional cost will be incurred should multiple installations be required. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Lead Time: Lead time for fabrication and installation can vary based on the complexity of the project. Lead time will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
  • Warranty: The company provides a limited warranty for all products and services. The specifics of the warranty will be discussed with the customer at the time of order placement.
  • Limitation of Liability: The company’s liability for any defects in products or services shall be limited to repair or replacement of the affected portion. In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Product Variations: All stones are natural products and may contain variations in color, pattern, and texture. These variations are not considered defects and are considered normal.
  • Installation: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the area where the stone will be installed is properly prepared and ready for installation. The company will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of improper preparation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. No change or modification of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Making a Claim:

If you believe that your product is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide us with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the problem, and photographs of the defect. We will investigate your claim and, if it is covered by this warranty, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us for repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for any costs associated with the removal or installation of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
